Alright, I thought of something today. As I get further and further away from "injured" status and become "normal" again, I realize this is really a Seinfeld blog. It's simply a blog about NOTHING. So, with that said, here's something:
For all that have been asking or wondering why I haven't posted anything about rehab lately, it's because it's the same thing OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER (get the idea?) and OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER again. There just isn't that much to report. They're working on strengthening all the muscles that atrophied over those few months as well as torturing me to get my range of motion back. It's still somewhat hampered, but it's a whole heckuva lot better than it was in early January. I go 3x a week for the next 3 weeks and then we'll hopefully scale back to 2x a week for a month and then maybe I'll be done.
OK, back to nothing. Well, maybe it's not nothing, but something. I've got a tip for all of you that feel ugly. No, it isn't how to look better, we figure by this point in your life you're not going to get any better looking. The tip is for how to come to terms with feeling ugly. I've already made these 5 tips part of my daily routine.
Have a great week.
